The CARDIP PPS Peelable Paint System

CARDIP combines professional paint protection with the freedom to transform a vehicle’s colour and finish.

Applied in liquid form, the system conforms to complex three-dimensional surfaces and creates a seamless coating across the treated area without sheets of film, joins or cutting around the vehicle.

The original painted surface remains beneath the CARDIP system, allowing protection, colour and finish to be considered as part of one professional application.

CARDIP® 50 SERIES — PAINT PROTECTION SPRAY

Aqua+ PPS Pro Clear 5050

The water-based 50 Series forms a strong and permanently elastic film coating that can be removed easily and without residue when required. Aqua+ PPS Pro Clear 5050 is developed as a transparent stone-chip and paint-protection coating with high clarity, strength and increased adhesion to OEM paint.

CARDIP® 50 SERIES — PEELABLE PAINT

Aqua+ BaseCoat 5080

The water-based 50 Series includes Aqua+ BaseCoat 5080, built on CARDIP’s Easy-Peel-Polymer™. It forms a strong, permanently elastic film coating that can be removed easily and without residue when required. The clear product can be tinted with the system’s own Drop-In Tints or overpainted with common water-based automotive paints.

PPS Pro Clear 7080 is the solvent-based transparent protection choice from CARDIP. The clear BaseCoat forms a permanently elastic, removable film and can also be coloured with CARDIP pigment concentrates or overpainted with compatible automotive basecoats.

CARDIP Reflow+ Matte ClearCoat 9090 is a permanently elastic, satin-matte two-component clearcoat for the CARDIP Peelable Paint System. It is applied like a conventional clearcoat and achieves a uniform OEM-like satin-matte finish with a refined, self-healing surface.

CARDIP Peelable Paint bonds to the original surface through adhesion, creating a permanently elastic protective coating. Depending on the approved CARDIP system, coating thickness can reach up to 250 μm, helping protect the original paint against scratches, weathering and stone-chip impact.

Tested stone-chip resistance of more than 90% according to DIN EN ISO 20567-1.

When required, the CARDIP system can be professionally removed using the approved process. CARDIP Peelable Paint is developed and produced in Germany.
